The law states that the "creator" of a concept, or design in this case is the owner of the copyright. 101 Design disagrees with this and feels that if a client is paying for our service, they therefore should own the rights to the artwork. 101 Design do not charge extra for the copyright licence. Upon full payment of our invoice/s, the copyright is automatically transferred to the particular client. 101 Design has access and accounts setup with online submission databases such as Quick Cut and AdOnline.
